Bulking Hydration is owned and operated by Bulking Hydration LLC.

This refund/cancellation policy applies to all products purchased through:

(Hereinafter referred to as “Bulking Hydration”).

Our refund/cancellation policy is part of our terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our shipping policy, and should be read in conjunction with them. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

By making a purchase through the website, you represent and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described below. Our refund/cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

1. REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products (consumable products) the purchase of our products is final and non-refundable. Please note that once the product(s) is received no returns will be accepted.

 

2. CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellation 24 Hours or More Notice

Customers have the right to cancel any order at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order.

 

Cancellation Less than 24 Hours Prior to Delivery Time

If a customer cancels an order less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time, a $5.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

 

Cancellation During Delivery

If a customer decides to cancel an order during the delivery process (i.e., once the delivery driver has started the delivery journey), a cancellation fee of $20.00 will be charged.

 

Refund Process

Refunds for cancellations will be made by the same payment method used to place the order, unless otherwise agreed. If a cancellation fee is charged, the refund will be issued with the cancellation fee deducted from the refund. Refund processing time will depend on the payment method used and the corresponding payment processor.
