DELIVERY POLICY

Bulking Hydration is owned and operated by Bulking Hydration LLC.

Thank you for shopping at Bulking Hydration, this delivery policy applies to all products offered and published by Bulking Hydration on the website:

Bulking Hydration undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer at the time of placing the order.

 

 

1. DELIVERY AREAS

Our beverage delivery service is available exclusively to addresses within Maricopa County, Arizona. No deliveries will be made outside of this county under any circumstances.

Important: We only deliver to private homes, businesses, fire stations and construction sites. No deliveries are made to apartments and townhomes.

 

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Orders have a standard delivery time of 6 days from the time the order is placed.

Deliveries will be made in two specific time slots: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00p.m.

At the time of placing the order, customers will be able to select the day of delivery and the corresponding time slot.

We offer the option of early delivery (before 6 days) or same day delivery. Early delivery and same day delivery will be subject to the availability of our drivers and the scheduling of deliveries for the corresponding day. If early delivery or same day delivery is not available, customers must select another day or time slot or select the standard delivery time (6 days).

 

3. SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer the option of same day delivery for orders placed before 8:00 a.m. These orders will be delivered in the second time slot of the day, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. On occasion, same day delivery orders may be delivered in the 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. time slot if there are no orders scheduled for delivery during that time slot.

Same day delivery will be subject to an extra charge, which will be specified during the ordering process.

Please note that same day orders will be subject to driver availability and delivery scheduling for that specific day and time slot. If same day delivery is not available, the customer must select another day or time slot.

 

4. DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs will be calculated based on several factors such as delivery location, delivery time (standard delivery time, early delivery or same day delivery) and quantity of products. These costs will be clearly displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

Same day delivery or early delivery of the order (before 6 days) will have an extra cost that will be added to the standard delivery cost.

 

5. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

The customer will receive a notification once the order has been dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order during the selected time slot. In the event that it is not possible for someone to receive the order, the customer can include a note at the time of placing the order indicating in which area of the property we can deliver and drop off the order.

 

6. GARAGE DELIVERY

The customer, voluntarily and at its own risk, may choose to provide a PIN or access code to its garage to facilitate expedited delivery within the garage. By providing such PIN or code, the customer expressly authorizes delivery personnel to access his garage solely for the purpose of making delivery of the order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the garage is a safe and secure place to receive the delivery. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in the garage during the delivery process. The confidentiality of the PIN or code provided will be safeguarded according to our privacy policies.

 

7. DELIVERY DELAYS

In case of any delay in the scheduled delivery, we will notify the customer via text message. In this case, the delivery of the order could be made in the following time slot or, failing that, on the following day.

 

8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct, current and accurate.

If your order is not delivered because the delivery address is incorrect, inaccurate or not current and the order is returned to our facility, we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery charges  or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.
